Tamir Halaban
President

With over two decades in life sciences, Tamir has extensive experience as a strategic partner to key decision makers and conducting complex searches to secure the best fit.
He began his career specializing in the biotech sector, working closely with hiring managers at Amgen and Genentech on roles across R&D and Medical Affairs. He expanded his client portfolio to include Millennium/Takeda, Eli Lilly, and numerous highly innovative companies from Boston, NY/NJ to North Carolina, the Midwest, and West Coast.
He holds a degree in Philosophy from Yale University and credits his scientific inspiration to his mother, Dr. Ruth Halaban, a cancer scientist for over 50 years and counting.
